Orders are shipped from Saint-Lambert, Quebec, Canada.  All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars. 

My order is shipping to a Canadian address. What should I expect?

FREE economy shipping WITHIN CANADA* on orders of $50 or more (before taxes). Shipping times vary depending on where you are located in Canada, but generally take 2-5 business days.  Orders below $50 will be subject to a $10 shipping fee*, with the exception of heavy orders weighing more than 5 kg, for which there may be additional charges (and for which you would be advised first, before shipping). EXPRESS shipping is available for all orders (regardless of dollar value), for an additional $20*. Please allow an additional 1-3 business days for order processing. Every effort will be made to ship your order promptly.

*Excluding remote and difficult to serve areas. Express shipping is not available. Certain remote Canadian shipping destinations are classified by Canada Post as "Air Stage Locations", meaning that generally mail must be airlifted more than 6 months of the year: click here for a full list of postal codes in this category. We will contact you with the actual shipping charges, which will depend on your exact location, and the weight of your order.

OLD MONTREAL FREE DELIVERY POLICY

If your workplace or home is located in Old Montreal, please take advantage of our once a week free delivery service with no minimum purchase required. Place your order online by midnight on Wednesday and have your order delivered between 10 AM and 5 PM on Thursday. Delivery service begins on Thursday, November 10th, 2016.

FREE delivery service in Old Montreal is for homes/offices located on or within the boundaries created by the following streets - North: Saint-Antoine; South: de la Commune; East: Saint-Hubert and West: Duke, and/or postal codes beginning with H2Y or H4Z. When checking out with one of these postal codes, your shipping charges will automatically revert to $0.

SAINT-LAMBERT FREE DELIVERY POLICY

If your workplace or home is located in Saint-Lambert, please take advantage of our once a week free delivery service with no minimum purchase required. Place your order online by midnight on Sunday and have your order delivered between 10 AM and 5 PM on Monday. Delivery service begins on Monday, January 23rd, 2017.

FREE delivery service in Saint-Lambert is for homes/offices with postal codes beginning with J4P, J4R, or J4S. When checking out with one of these postal codes, your shipping charges will automatically revert to $0.

My order is shipping to an address in the United States.  What should I expect?

FREE economy shipping WITHIN the USA* on orders of $100 or more. Canadian taxes are not charged on orders shipping to the USA. Béco is not responsible for any state or federal taxes that may be charged once the order has crossed the border. Shipping times vary depending on where you are located in the USA, but generally take 3-12 business days.  Orders below $50 will be subject to a $20 shipping fee*, with the exception of heavy orders weighing more than 12 lbs, for which there may be additional charges (and for which you would be advised first, before shipping). EXPRESS shipping is available for all orders (regardless of dollar value), for an additional $25*. Please allow an additional 2-4 business days for order processing. It's our priority to get your order shipped out as quickly as possible.

I live outside of Canada or the USA.  Will you ship internationally?

I'm not happy with my purchase. What should I do?

FREE RETURNS. That's right! Simply contact us, and we'll look after the rest. We want you to be thrilled with your purchase! If there is a problem with your purchase, and you wish to return it, we will accept it up to 30 days after the date the order was shipped. Certain items such as personal care products and jewellery are not eligible for return, unless damaged (in transit) upon receipt. In order to request a return, and ultimately for us to process your refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and wrapped in the original packaging. If these conditions are not met, you may not be fully credited, but we will do our best to make sure you are satisfied with the outcome. Returns for unused, unopened products after the 30 day period, and up to 60 days after the shipment date, will be treated as a credit to your account.
